Mr. Idris Ibrahim has experience in accountancy, financial auditing, risk assessment and evaluation from the Oil and Gas and Financial Services Sector. He is a member of National Association of Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Masters of Public Administration in Professional Accountancy.

Mrs Yemisi Ibrahim holds a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Science and a Master in Public Administration. Her wealth of experience cuts across the oil and gas and banking sectors.

Mr. Julius B. Omodayo-Owotuga is trained Chartered Accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, a Chartered Management Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration. Mr Owotuga’s experience spans the Consulting, Oil & Gas and Banking sectors.

Mrs Yejide Wyse is a seasoned Economist who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Statistics and a Master’s degree in Management. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Mr Adeniyi Duale is an astute lawyer with experience on advising on various aspects of corporate and commercial matters which include but are not limited to Capital Market, Media and Technology, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Business Regulatory and Advisory. He is a graduate of the Lagos State University.

Mr Matthew Coker is a graduate of Geography and Regional Planning, who also holds an MBA. His experience spans several years in the banking and financial services sector.
